About Your Physio

Meet Rhiannon - Principal Physiotherapist

Rhiannon (Rhen) is our dedicated and compassionate principal physiotherapist at GLO Physiotherapy. Before training as a physiotherapist, she spent four months volunteering at Suva Special School in Fiji (a school for children with disabilities) assisting with teaching and organising sporting events. This experience, and her passion for helping people, inspired her to pursue a career in physiotherapy.

Rhen graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy with Distinction in 2018 and has worked with a diverse range of clients—from community participants to aspiring elite athletes and professional golfers. Her experience with the Southern Sports Academy in Australia gives her unique insight into performance, injury prevention, and high-level rehabilitation. With extensive experience across private practice, hospital settings, and community sports in both Australia and the UK, Rhen brings a unique blend of clinical skill and real-world insight.

Rhen’s professional journey is enhanced by a range of additional qualifications including

  • APA Women’s Health – Level 1 & 2 ‘Stages through the Lifespan & Pelvic Health’

  • TPI Golf Fitness

  • APPI Clinical and Mat Pilates

  • Breathing Retraining - BreatheAbility Tess Graham

  • NHS Roadmaps to Practice (Stage 2 - Primary Care)

This diverse skill set allows her to offer comprehensive and tailored treatment plans to her clients.

A true advocate for client empowerment, Rhen is passionate about helping people understand their bodies, move with confidence, and take an active role in their recovery. She is known for her empathetic and down-to-earth approach, creating a supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and motivated.

Rhen’s approach is both professional and personal, ensuring that every client at GLO Physio will feel supported, informed, and equipped to achieve meaningful, long-term health and wellbeing.
